  1. Payments, Subscriptions, and No Refund Policy
  • All payments are either one-time or recurring as per the subscription selected.
  • Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled in writing 30 days before the next billing cycle.
  • If payment fails, your access may be suspended until payment is made.
  • No refunds will be issued once access to digital content is granted, except in exceptional cases assessed at our sole discretion.
  • Downgrading subscription plans must be requested in writing, and no partial refunds will be provided.
  • Subscription fees may change with prior written notice. Continued use of the service after fee changes constitutes acceptance.
